We are looking for a Dictionary Management Expert, who will provide guidance on development of the module, work with the product team to understand and implement requirements, understand the industry landscape and how to can provide future functionality to expand this area of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end development and maintenance of the Dictionaries & Terms module.

• Ensure the module’s functionality aligns with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into detailed specifications.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, technical  specifications, and release notes.

• Work closely with software development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of module features and updates.

• Conduct regular reviews and audits of the module to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

• Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on the use and functionality of the module.

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in pharmaceutical data management to continuously improve the module.

• Act as the primary point of contact for any issues or inquiries related to the  Dictionaries & Terms module.

Must have experience:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

• 10+years  of experience working in industry roles with medical dictionaries to include: MedDRA, WHO-Drug, IMDRF

• Understanding of all dictionary variations and use of different dictionary languages

• Good industry knowledge of how dictionaries are used and maintained in pharmaceutical PV departments (ICSR processing, signal detection, risk management, how to manage custom MedDRA queries, etc.)

• Client facing experience – consulting or other service provider experience to be able to discuss requirements with expert clients
